Rental rates in Chaco

The Chaco area of Paraguay is very large - it's 60% of the land area of Paraguay but home to only 10% of the population.  The Chaco area is one of the most sparsely populated in South America.  Towns are small, and few and far between. 

It's not likely that there is a large rental market anywhere in the Chaco area.  Do you have a specific town in the Chaco region in mind?

If you mean the Chaco-I area (also written as Chaco-i, Chacoí) in the departamento Presidente Hayes, across the Paraguay river from Asunción, the capital and largest city of Paraguay, here you can find some apartment rentals:
