Are there any retired federal employees who have done the QRP program? My question is if one allowed to live in Belize and still collect $ from their Federal Retirement Pension from the US side of things. Does the US have rules about collecting the retirement money and living abroad?

If on the QRP you are only committed to residing within Belize for 4 weeks per year.
The pensions are usually paid as per normal within the states into the pensioners US bank, and the person sets up the required $2k monthly transfer to their Belize account. The actual pension does not need to paid into the Belize bank account. You will still need to do your US taxes each year.
