Hallo l have been in NZ for 8 years and chose to live in the South Island in a small town where l retired and to be honest with you if you want a active retirement there is very little to choose from That is interesting. So if you do retire out here, 2 things, live in a reasonable size town and bring lots of money with you because it's a very expensive country and you pay for everything, doctors dentists. Etc but my family live out here so here l stay.
