And one more thing if my husband issue the final exit Visa of mine as he is my sponsor from another mobile number....
Then on which number the message will be delivered.....

no you cant if its done final exit then you can leave at the same time.

You can't leave until you get the final exit approval, and if it was your husband that processed the final leave as he is your sponsor, then am petty sure he will get the alert on his mobile phone.
