ANother stab in the dark. My lawyer has advised we are just waiting for my name to published on a ministry site - she was told by them that is could be any day and to check daily. She has had a family emergency as is now in the USA at a hospital with her brother and his daughter. I am not having any luck finding this web page where they would post such information. so I wonder if anyone here might know of it and provide. I have read only of the renewal site but not notification of initial approval. Thanks

I would imagine your application is listed on the DGM website:

https://www.migracion.gob.do/

Click aqui 'Solicitar en linea'

Then click Mover PERMANENCIA PARA EXTRANJEROS

Enter name and password - ask lawyer for that
