Hello.
Am shahul. I got an job offer from singapore. They applied epass for me.
Applied on 2 march.
Rejected on 18 march.
Appealed on 20 march.
After appeal it has reached 1 month 2 days.
The agency who applied for me is not responding to my messages.
Can i contact mom directly..?
If i contact mom do the agency or employer come to know that i contacted mom....?
In mom contact website it is asking singapore contact no but am an indian currently living in kuwait....what should i do for that number...?
Please need advice...
Also this is first time for singapore as a employee.

You can contact them directly using their Singapore number or can message to their email address. Ignore the the field which is asking to mention local number.
Your employer or agency won't know your reach out to MoM. Good luck

Most of the time it will take 2-3 days for them to reply.
At least they will reply and asked you to check with your employer if they cannot help you.
