Bonjour, aujourd'hui est mon dernier jour de travail et mon employeur a refusé de payer mes congés restants. Il m'envoie ceci:
EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS ACT
Employee is entitled to 20 annual and 15 sick leaves.
Annual leave balance to be paid at the end of December.
Sick leave balance at the end of December shall be accumulated to a maximum of 90 days and will be banked. Employee must use them in case of accidents or hospitalisation only and this must be certified by a medical practitioner.
If an employee resigns, NO annual leave and sick leave balance is paid.
Je vous demande est-ce que c'est vraie, j'ai cherché dans EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS ACT (latest version) et je n'arrive pas trouver le dernier paragraphe.
