Good afternoon.

I'm coming over on 13th Feb 2019 on what might be considered a fact finding mission. I'm in Praia for 4 nights (5 days) and I'd welcome advice on car hire. It seems dreadfully difficult to make any sense of any car hire companies unless I wish to hire a car in Cape Town!

I'm pretty sure that you're asking your question in the wrong place, but I'm not sure where to send you to. This is the England forum, where people ask questions about England.

Can you confirm which Praia you are referring to (I've found 2, 1 in Brazil, the other in the Cape Verde islands)?
