My husband and I are currently living and working in Singapore, but considering a move to Phnom Pehn. We are also starting to look into family planning.
In terms of childbirth/ childcare how would rate the health facilities?

To be honest, compared to Singapore healthcare in general is on a much lower level.
Even the Cambodian PM goes to Singapore for health issues.
You must have a good reason to move from Singapore to Cambodia.
