He may be a little pricey by Vietnamese standards but he knows his stuff.  He has done post graduate work in the US in arthroscopy which is waht you need.   His specialty is shoulders but I am pretty sure he could do meniscus and ACL work.  If not, he could direct you to someone who can.  He told me that he could do my total knee replacement work but I did it in the US nearly free under Medicare. 

I had both meniscus tendons removed about 10 years prior and he provided injections of hyularonic acid.  His skill in placing those injections so that they were almost painless was excellent.

yesterday, I followed the link and tried contacting Dr Anh by phone with number ending 4264 (as shown on that website). Also, called fv hospital and asked. They said he is not practicing there anymore.

also, I emailed using email address on the website. This morning I received this:
