I have an inquiry from an expat in Bucharest who is moving to Moldova, and wanted to see how easy it is to transfer a DL to MD. Please, only those with first hand experience in this area please reply. Thanks.

If you have a uk licence don't bother to change it. I have 17 Years experience in Moldova.
