Saudi council dataflow for coe

I am also currently employeed in saudi arabia since 2012 til now I will go final exit this april 2019 and Im planning to go back to saudi arabia  again. Did your dataflow from your 1st saudi employer is enough to renew your saudi license?or they will still search for your philippine coe?

No... Only previous experience.. They need for scfhs renewal.. the COE from KSA no need to do data flow.. As i know.. Thanks

Hi. My classification was rejected due to I need to verify my Saudi coe but I already submitted it to dataflow and it is positive now i dont know what to do. Anyone can help me regarding this?

Hi is there any update on Your problem?  I have the same situation... I want to go back to saudi but  i only had data flow.. I dont know if i can still take the exam there and have my liscense?

correct me if i'm wrong, you have dataflow and you work in ksa before also right? For renewal of scfhs license they will ask you to send your latest coe and your previous dataflow. for your last coe they don't need to verify it because its from ksa.

..my previous dataflow is only my prc license ...so i did another dataflow for may latest coe from ksa as well as my diploma and prc again..because they require that all your documents will be dataflow..i didnt try to apply for renewal yet..

Hi I am planning to go back to saudi after 4 years. I know now they are very strict regarding documents. Back then  before going exit I process my data flow but for some reason I didn't get the results and I lost the receipt, all the details I forgot already.  Is it possible to just start a new data flow?  I have 4 years and 10 months experiencended in ksa as a nurse technician but now I planned to take nurse specialist exam. Also my local experience before ,you ksa experience I am planning not to include in the dataflow? Thank you for answering my questions

Its means its ok if i don't take prometric because me also i  can take my coe was not yet completed for 1year experience

Hi i want to know if your case is okay? We hve the same problem but our hr said that we should go back to our country to have a exp for 1year and return back to saudi

..hi actually i did not include my local phil experience in the recent dataflow that i process and it all went well..i have 6yrs saudi coe experience they are asking for the past 3yrs of ur experience in dataflow...

...my dataflow was verified already and i have my report already... you should ask your hr to give you the log in details for your dataflow.. i think its better if your the one to process it yourself online to avoid mistakes

Just a newbie here,  just want to ask regarding the classification process. i am a first timer applicant in KSA. i am done with the dataflow, and planning to do the next step. should i upload my COE as hospital nurse 2010-2014 or just my recent COE as Company Nurse Feb. 2018- present for the classification? sir not sure if the dataflow will accept experience with gap but the last time i did my dataflow they require the recent 3yrs experience..

My muder did everything so that i will not come back to my country even though he knows that i have a gap a 3 years work experience and i submitted only 5 months work experience. I don't know why he pursuing that.

thanks for the response, i am already done with my dataflow. i am just concerning with my classification and registration. should i upload my recent COE only or should i include my previous COE? will they allow 1 year exp. as company  nurse since that is my recent job until now to avoid gap problem. I want to upgrade from nsg tech to specialist. Which coe should undergo dataflow? Is it ok just my ksa coe? Thanks.

Sir, as far as i know, for classification and registration if there is additional attachment to be upload its BETTER to upload your both COE ( latest and previous ),
- for 1 year gap? - i dont think so but it was they accept 3 years gap, some they said 6month gap - i  dont know if this updated.- better contact the SC first before submitting documents to avoid mistakes..

for upgrade technician to specialist- current COE its accepted no problem but they need 50 CME hours for processing...just confirm to others

if you have dataflow verification only its not enough, better take the prometric exam first so that they can process your Saudi council license..
- but if you are already in the KSA, then go to your HR and ask them to take the prometric exam if you pass then they will process with your dataflow documents to have a SAUDI COUNCIL LICENSED.

- maybe your Employer trying to help you even they know you have a GAP experienced already- just keep on updating them so that you have an idea and  know what next you have to do.

For renewal of saudi council its not stated how many years..
-get a LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT currently you working then submit (upload) and of course your previous COE submit also

- just a concern becareful, if you know that your documents is not legit its better to think deeply coz at the end your the one suffer not by your employer-
Yes, your employer helping you coz they need you thats why they accept you even  you have fake documents, but my dear they cant do anything if there is a final report,and you cant renew the licensed and etc..

This was my first time here in ksa. I don't know the rules about the dataflow they accept all my papers Even though they known that it was not completed. In my first week here my muder talked to me to add my year gap because i can't take dataflow. Then i told to him how can i get coe. He said you need to get to your country or else i will deduct your salary. After 1 month getting my salary he deducted me. And I'm begging to him i told to him i cannot do what you want to requested because its to much dangerous for me.  I'm almost 5 months here and i don't have any idea what will happen on me if did not get a COE.

Last October 2018 i renewed as nurse technician and i only uplaoad documents with red ✳ asterisk. So my previous coe and bls i did not upload anymore only my current coe, cme hours dataflow.. then i got renewed immediately. Good for 2 years. My dataflow is prc and school credentials only. And i did not get any problem.

- dear if you can get COE from local hospital its better, yes incomplete papers they accept only they will ask you to complete if you are already working to comply some lack documents to continue working in abroad..
- if you dont have COE then its hard for you, one of my friend resign then she apply again using her ABROAD COE ..middle east is strict now in terms of documentation not like before they only need skills.

I have work gap from 2010 to 2014 can I still be employed? But 2014 to 2019 no gap.
