Hi,is there any Expat who can tell me about my confusion.i want to ask if someone has Permanent Residency(RNE) not based on marriage and after RNE he has spent 1 year in brazil,Then he married to brazilian girl and suddenly after this marriege, he is eligible to apply Naturalization or not??????
Actually i wanted to ask after RNE(not based on marriage) is it manadatory to marry with brazilian girl and complete 1 year with her to apply citizenship or anyone who has RNE and lived 1 year here in brazil
and after completing 1 year he married with brazilian spouse and he is eligible to apply citizenship based on marriage?????
Anyone Apply Citizenship after 1 year of Permanent Residency (RNE)???
