Hi all

I recently had an interview with a College in Oman. They had two interviews with me and sounds i am thier chioce. But, when i contacted after while, they said the final decision will be released on April. What could be the major reasons for such delay in offer. Any help.

If you have taken an interview with a govt. university, the delay is quite usual and it takes time, however, in the private sector, hirings are generally immediate. What I see is mainly the labour clearance which is taking ample time these days.
