I am only here on temporary assignment. I believe that I need to file form 482, but cannot find an english version for 2017. Does anyone know how I can get this form?

Goverment want people to file online. Hope you are not looking for a refund, it takes a very long time, close to a year.
I could not find any way to switch to English in hacienda.gobierno.pr site so I see no English form.
