Hi everyone,

Firstly a very happy new year to you all and thank you very much for accepting my membership to the forum.

I know it's a popular question but I wondered which was considered the best expat compound in Riyadh generally for Community spirit, medical and Gym facilities please? My situation is that I will move from Dubai to KSA in March with my family (wife and two kids 10 and 6 weeks)

If you have the budget al Nakhla compound if my memory is correct a Villa is at 320k and 180k for en apartment
