dataflow asking me to submit coe not issued in KSA but the problem is i dont have local employment. i only had my ex-saudi coe. any suggestion on what to do? is anyone there has the same problem?

We had same case.. what did u do? Is it ok to give the abroad experience? Or we cannot process our saudi council without local exit experience?
