Hi everyone!
I am Brittany from Canada.
I am looking to rental an apartment or house in Siem Reap. My partner and I just arrived and are looking to rent, possibly long term but that is undecided yet. Will the landlords of the long term rental properties negotiate for short term instead? I haven't seen too many short term rentals that are fully furnished with full kitchen. Where is a good place to look? Both my partner and I have online coaching businesses and work from home all day. To start with we are looking to rent something for a month or two. fully furnished, a pool is an added bonus!
any tips is greatly appreciated.
Will people negotiate long term rentals for short term?

There are several reputable real estate companies in Siem Reap that are very capable. I suggest you call or email some of them and discuss your situation.
