How long does it take to commute to work or run errands?
Is there a rush hour in your city? What times of the day would you recommend people to avoid driving if they can?
Are there any ways to avoid spending too much time in traffic in Brunei?
What is parking availability and cost like?

Traffic rush hour usually around 7.30am till 8.30am and 5.00pm till 6.00pm
It depends which area do you lives. But the traffic is not as bad as other cities such as Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok. It is moderate.
There is a new apps for ride sharing call Dart Brunei. You may download it. But i'm not sure is there any drivers yet since most of Bruneian own car.
