Check with your airline. Not every flight accommodates pets. They will also give you their requirements as far as cage/box/vaccination... Is concerned.

OK thank you. I came down on Delta and it was a rabies vaccination 2 weeks before the flight. I wondered if Costa Rica Had any rules.
