Has anyone used the Xoom money transfer service fe M the USA to the DR?? Lo King for the cheapest way to send myself money from the USA to the DR?? I don't want to open a dr acco t at banks right now..was thinkin western union but they have a high exchange rate..than I saw this Xoom with little better yet??

Ive not used it but others have. I think there is a limit on howmuch you can send.
Why not just use your bank card at ATMs?

They charge he too much for ATM withdrawals and when I need to take out big sums ..
