Who regulates phone companies in Hungary?

Does any one know who regulates phone companies in Hungary
Having major billing problems with Vodafone, keep going there, waiting for an hour to speak to someone, being told problem is fixed only to find problem still exists

First, you need to chew your way up the corporate food chain. You have to go beyond the clerk at a local office. And do everything in writing. Don't bother going to a office to talk if you did that one and it failed. Useless. You have no case if you do everything in person. It has to have a paper trail in Hungary. Paper is King here. Not the spoken word.

Otherwise, there is the EU regulations and consumer law that every EU country is suppose to implement. Good luck with that. I found it useless. But here is the web site in any case:

Else, you can get a lawyer and file and law suit or try to get the phone company into binding arbitration.
