This is subjective, but I believe the Honduran female is one of the best dressed in Latin America. Simple, but always dressed pleasantly. Jeans of course are popular, but summer dresses are also in fashion! Honduran females wear their uniforms to work in a tasteful manner as well.
The Garifuna wear their typical clothing for traditional holidays. I am not sure about the Tolupanes or Miskito Indians. Most Honduran women dress exceptionally nice for any outing! Traditional dresses can be seen in smaller towns in Honduras on Holiday!
