Not sure of “Fashion” as in international sense. But is Lungi and Gansa is fashion? But if quantity to population is the way to decide; then there are “Lungi” for each male citizen and also most population has one or more ‘Gumsa” for then self. “Lungi” and' Gamsa” are used for going out in social crowd. There are many hand stitches and hand loom fashions are immerging from Villages for the world and such one is “iimon” brand. www.iimon.net. I saw them Cat walk in Tokyo International Show, small organisation with fusion fashion.
