Hello, my name is Ingrid and I have been in the US for almost 20 years now. I started in NY and then 3 years in Boston MA. Im now in Phoenix Arizona. To be honest, its abeautiful state and every day its still a wonder. Im getting on in years ( 56 ) and would really love to retire in Mexico.  Phoenix is way to hot in the summer at a usual 120 degrees and way too cold in the winter at 30-40 degrees. I have no idea where I would loke to settle in Mexico but am looking for steady weather and cheap living costs. I would love ideas please.

You probably should post in the Mexico Forum so you can get more feedback.
