Hello everyone,

Finding affordable housing in Abidjan is number one priority for newcomers. Tell us more about the estate market in your district/city/region.

What are the most desired places to live? What are the most affordable ones? What is the average cost of a rented flat? And what is the average sale price for an appartment or a house? Could you tell us more about local real estate policies/procedures? What about property tax or residency tax in Abidjan?

What about you? Where do you live now? Is it a place you would recommend?

Dear Priscilla and All,

Would you or some member with information on furnished properties to rent in Abidjan do share most trusted contacts of Agents I should probably reach out to.

I am planning to rent an already Furnished Apartment for a period of 1-year for a start and I will be happy if there are contacts I should try to reach out to.

I need the furnished apartment/flat/house with a minimum of two bedrooms from 1st November.
