Registering a business in Romania

Hello everyone,

I recently moved to Bucharest! I am looking to work as a tutor, teaching English. I need to register myself as a business but the process has proven very complicated. Can anyone recommend a good company for forming a micro business?

All business recommendations should be posted in the BUSINESS DIRECTORY, as advertising is not allowed on the forums. Please look in that section.

Also, you can Google "infiintare firme Bucuresti" a find a long list of companies that handle this, though it's not really so difficult in reality to do it yourself.

Hi, I found it easier to just go through a tax advisory and company formation service provider rather than trying to incorporate one myself as the process can be somewhat hectic. I incorporated through these guys [link moderated]. Process went smoothly and their costs were very reasonable.
