I don't know how to travel from Laos to Vietnam: Is it true that I can travel by land through crossing borders from Vietnam to Laos without a visa ? What about from Laos to Vietnam? For crossing border and airplane? Do people from Laos need to get Vietnam visa? Which way is better?

As a VN citizen, you don't need a visa to travel to any of those ASEAN countries, including Laos.
Just bring your PP with you and get it stamped at the immigration.
