You can start going to various coordination meetings where you can meet new people. This is very important both for your work and to socialize. Security is not encouraging evening outing. However there are places likevTulipin the nest and Juba bridge hotel where you can go, meet new people and socialize. Complying to your organization's curfew hours is a challenge here.
