Hello
I am Kenyan woman and I am plan to marriage my fiance from Poland inside  Kenya but first my fiance need "single status certificate" from me because is necessary to obtain in your country "Certificate Of No Impediment To Marriage". My question is do in Kenya is issued this kind of document and how exactly is named this document and where I am need apply for this certificate ? Thanks for all advice.

Your fiancee doesn't need the certicificate of no impediment to marriage from you, but may need it for the Kenyan authorities, to enable you to get married.

You generally obtain this from your nearest embassy or consulate, so your Polish fiancée is the one who applies, through the Polish embassy, if you are getting married in Kenya.

You would only apply via the Kenyan embassy if the marriage were to be held in Poland.

Following marriage, if you are working and earning enough to support you both, you will be able to apply for a Dependents Pass for your husband.
