I think, you should try Management level jobs in a mid to high level company/organization. They can do necessary paperwork for your WP etc.

Stay alert about job scams!
Don't give money to any headhunter/agency/employer at any stage. Don't hand over your PP to anyone promising you a lucrative job.

Apart from the HR, you can also look out for jobs like interpreter, expert in your language. there are many organizations who now are trying to recruit foreign nationals to enhance their image as global organizations. be prepared to be flexible in the kind of job you are looking and you will have plenty opportunities coming your way.

You can work for many of the companies in India but for that you should know Indian labour laws etc. You can post your resume on www.naukri.com and other Indian job sites. You would start getting job opening details in your mail box which would help you apply for different jobs.
