Hi Everyone,

I'm scheduled to be in Riyadh in two weeks, I am checking where to live. I'm looking for a studio or a single room apartment as I'm single .
I prefer to be in a compound close to my workplace which is located in Olaya Street.

My budget for my accommodation is around 4K SAR/per month - or 45K SAR yearly but I prefer to be monthly as my work required a lot of travels within the middle east so sometimes i will be out of the kingdom for the whole month.
