First of all, you cannot work legally with a tourist visa. If married, get a 13a residents visa. Without you need a work visa and a work permit.
You are not allowed to take a job that can be filled by a Filipino
Remember, unless you have a special talent, you will receive Filipino wages which can be lower than your needs.
