I am looking for an unfurnished house in DSM. Long term rent starting July 2010. Budget around USD 1,500. Minimum 2 bedrooms with garden. Around Regent Estate-Msasani.

If you still didnt get the house, there is one available starting August 2010, Regent Estate Mikocheni. The landlord is a friedn of mine, and its in a very ideal place. Let me know urgently if you need it.
