I'm sure a lot of places need a secretary. I would doubt that many of them would be willing to sponsor someone from another country, though.

Pat,
If you are bi-lingual in multiple languages your chances will be increased. If you only speak English it will be hard for the company to justify your sponsorship.

Michigan doesn't have much of a Spanish-speaking population. That could be good or bad while looking for a job.
