Dental Work Needed.

Hello,

I'm in need of Dental Care. Fillings, crowns, and possibly bridge work. In any case, the amount of work is pretty extensive. I would appreciate any information, from people who have had work done.... Their overall impressions, on quality, price, expediency, and maybe just their overall feeling of was it a good, bad, or ugly, experience?

Going to the dentist is not generally described as fun, but it is necessary, what's the famous description "of root canals and migraines", when doing something one would rather not do, and, I have little choice in the matter. I have to go and soon.

But the little bit of choice I do have, is picking a good quality, competent, dentist that does not see the ATM-machine is open sign, LOL, on my Expat forehead when I walk into the office. At least that's my hope....

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

Which city?

The city is not too important Sir, I will have to spend a month or so to get all the Dental work I need done, completed. So I will live / spend time, somewhere in or near the city, where the Dentist is at.

A good competent Dentist is the first priority, I can maneuver around the rest, for a month or two.

Sincerely.

I go to Dr. Tapasit at following place in Pattaya. I would say prices are bit higher than many places but he doesn't push work not needed.  You can check website at link below.

While in Chiang Mai, I suggest Dental4You.

Happened to see this one as I'm looking for dermatologist recommendations in the area. For a dental work, I suggest you use Thantakit Dental Center. Service is superb, dentists are gentle and staff are really trained to accommodate and welcome patients properly. They cater to expat patients so you do not need to worry. The Qantas cabin crew also uses Thantakit's dental services. I'm really pleased that they gave me a hotel that they're partnered with on a very huge discounted rate during my dental treatment with them.
