i , Andreiko van Koeverden (Dutch ex Rugbyplayer ))have been living 21 years in Belarus and now live 12 years in Ratamka , 7 km from Minsk. In "Bar / restaurant / life music "05" i think its called in centre , u can meet in weekand several expartiates who speak English )) Ladies also speak 50- 50 Enlglish.
