If its money you want to send ..Western Union is the best and safest way ..if its a gift .The Post office will advice you the best and safest way ...I hope this helps ...

thanks Western union will not send money to Cuba i have tried.will ask at Post Office but think answer may be the same.

has the person you want to send money to have a bank account .. maybe you could send by bank account !!
