How would you evaluate the level of medical practice in the private sector? as compared to the government sector?

Medical car here is a nightmare in the public sector an absolute nightmare.
The private sector here is your best chance,but you got to have money,because you are not getting your foot through those private doors unless you have a big downpayement
My husband is moving here in september and i have already added him on my insurance or else as we say here crapaud smoke your pipe.
