Hi I just recently got an offer in Maldives.
The HR said they are sending business visa instead of working visa would that be possible?

not a problem atall, this is now a normal practise in maldives these days due to a small issue at imigration as they had recently upgarde their visa/employment system.
what your employer will do is, within 3 months of your arrival they will repply for a normal work permit. this is all organised by the authorities.

Is there anything I need to prepare since Im entering using a business visa?
Unlike the working visa that needs medical and stuff.
