Hello...... I'm planning on relocating to Maldives with a tourist visa, hoping to get a job that will provide me with work permit, can someone advice me on the pros and cons.....I really wish to Kobe to Maldives but am not getting any offer yet.

Have you confirmed that you can convert your visit visa to a work permit on site ?
Employment of foreigners are subject to certains rules. I am not sure whether you will be able to convert your visit visa. Please confirm with immigration services first : https://www.immigration.gov.mv/employment-approval/
