Hello,
In the philippines, we have several multilingual careers, though the basic qualification would be you are fluent in another language apart from english such as spanish or norwegian.

Do you want to work for 500 pisos a day? If not, then forget about it as that is what you can expect for pay as an expat working for a local Filipino company, unless working as a bar manager in a tourist location. Now if you are telecommuting while working for a western company while living in the PI, that is a different story.
