Hey Everyone 
I am moving to Addis next week from the Uk and i was wondering how easy it is to find and join a Gym out there, and how much they cost. I believe i will be staying somewhere close to the Brazilian Embassy so anywhere close to there in particular that you could recommend would be fantastic!

hey el;izabeth, the brazil embassy is found at localy know as turkish compound near to desalegn hotel so you can go there or at yoly.

I lived in addis for 4 years and relocated to Sudan last year. There are two gyms I would recommend, Bole Rock, which is near Bole Medhanhelam church and Max view near Gerji. Both are equipped with life fitness cardio equipment but out of the two, max view is bar far the best in Ethiopia. The person you need to speak to at Max View is Ali Barber, tell him you heard about the gym from Johnathan (harmony hotel ex GM). Best of luck!
