I have an unlocked iPhone which I will be bringing with me to China. This means that it can have any network sim card inserted to it and it will work. I was wondering will it be possible to get a sim card with a phone network company that will allow me to have internet access like 3G or anything along these lines in China or will we only have access to pay-as-you-go sim cards.

pay-as-you-go sim cards provides 3.75G with internet access, u gonna pay monthly fees, or daily with limited usage, or u may pay as u go per M.Bs dun worry about it...

The dominating one in China is CHINA MOBILE, however, as to your case, you'd better get a 3g-option, the CHINA UNICOM is the only operator provides 3g service in China. btw, the network with 2g is slow as hell in China.
