Hi everybody;
You are living in Boston time ago?
What are the most dangerous neighborhoods in Boston, if exist?
What are the best neighborhoods there?

BOSTON MAMA

Hello,

Boston does have some very bad neighborhoods. Mattapan, Roxbury, parts of (most of) Dorchestr, the South End after the clubs close, the Theater distric after 1:00. Alson is becoming dicey but its not Boston. Brockton is also very dangerous, but its not Boston either.

Best neighborhoods:

Back Bay (Newbury St, Boyslton St)
Beacon Hill (beacon st, charles st. lewisburg square, commonwealth ave) This area is by the public garden and the state house, no the Boston Commons-per se)
North End -was all Italian, still has feasts every weekend during the summer. No need to have a car at all, close to eveything, best food and close to the T)
East Boston - best view of the city, best price for ocean side property, great ethnic food)
Charlestown -
South End
South Boston and the SeaPort district both very expensive. Seaport district is new, hips sexy and expensive

Salimlah

Thank you
What about racial discrimination?

BOSTON MAMA

Generally, that is not a problem. Most neighborhoods are very diverse. But dont expect South Boston to be as gay friendly as the South End.

Salimlah

Boston MAMA, thank you very much for your help
