I am having a hard time looking for western inspired salons, or any salons that caters more on the westerners. Something that has modern techniques to care for hair, also with familiar hair products (loreal, etc...). I just need to have some basic things done, like for my nails and have my hair maintained. Like hot oil treatments and cellophane.
The locals seems to have a different hair trend here compared to back home and I'm worried that if I'm unable to communicate right to the staffs it might not be a good result.
I know this may sound vain but a woman needs to take care of herself right?? Ladies, any inputs?

Chocolate Blonde is a western style salon, run by a woman from New Zealand, she trains local Khmer staff too. Its on street 242.
