Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how/where to get car insurance for East Africa? Or at least for Kenya and Tanzania? We are going on a road trip and can't find much info on how to get car insurance for 'beyond Kenya'. Any other processes we should know about?

Hi, The Comesa Yellow Card gives you third party cover for visiting Tanzania. As for obtaining it, try the AA (Sarit Centre, or Hurlingham}. Alternatively you will have to arrange separate insurance for Tanzania, which can be rather pricey.
