Buying property in Botswana

As far as i know you can not buy property but there are ways around this. You can buy a company that owns property but make sure the companay has the title deeds to the property.

You need to apply for a work permit (and residence if you are going to be living here). They normally give 5 years. You can apply for permanent residency after 10 years. What kind of business do you intend doing here?

I am in horticulture. We have a need. You can buy land without permits but would have to apply for permits before moving or doing business

Yes you can. You go to department of Immigration in Gaborone. But it is quite a process so most people use agents but they charge a fee to do it on your behalf
