What advice would you give to those looking for shared accommodation in Namibia?

Hi. Yes it's very commom for people to share flats, apartment, house especially among expat students who normally share with others from their country. It's very rare for an expat to share a flat with a local which is not advisable unless you know well this person. Housing has becoming very expensive.
