I'm from Canada and have been looking into teaching in New Zealand. I would be taking a year leave from my full time position as a teacher librarian, so it would be temporary. I would also move my whole family over for the year, my kids would be in year 9 and 10.
I am wondering if there are any prospective teacher exchanges that happen anymore, where we could swap houses and experience teaching somewhere else in the world for awhile... I know they used to happen for years, but since COVID, I haven't found much information on teacher exchanges.
